We have requested more information on this from your hosting provider. You
appear to be the only merchant who is reporting this particular problem.
Neither
we nor your hosting provider have been able to reproduce the problem. The
only
thing we could do without empirical data is to guess that a possible
problem is
a server resource issue, the server may be very busy and can't open any
new
files for some people during very high traffic times.
