Duplicates when using Add Several Products

On occasion when adding products using the Add Several Products option duplicate products are added.

We always use this function to add products and it does not happen all the time.

When it does happen, it will duplicate by the same number of products that are being added. For example, if 4 items are being entered, 16 items are added. The sets of products are numbered incrementally based on the number of products being entered, so the first product on the list would be product number 1, 5, 9 & 13.

We have double and triple checked that no one is hitting the submit button more than once. We have seen any number of duplicates but as I stated before, it does not happen all the time.

I can post examples if you'd like. I have some in the back office that are not published.

This is pretty important as my client is not willing to pay me for the site until this matter is corrected.

I haven't see this type of error reported before.

Can you duplicate the problem at will? If it is repeatable then the problem might be able to be found. If it is random then it can be hard to find.

Can you duplicate it on a different computer? (maybe a key sticks on the keyboard)
