Custom Checkout Fields in v9.0

I don't see the ability to add custom checkout fields Shopsite Manager 9.0.4. It appears that this was available in 8.3. Looking through the documentation the section on 'Creating Custom Checkout Fields' isn't there either. Is this no longer possible? Can you add custom checkout fields using Shopsite Manager 9.0.4?

They're in Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Checkout. I believe that they're only available in Pro.
