Problem with Subproducts

This is my first attempt at using Shopsite. The website sells scrapbooking products. We want to show examples of pages and then be able to sell the papers used to make the example page. I am trying to use subproducts to offer all of the items used in making the scrapbook page. All of the individual products are already in the shopsite database. Now I created a new product with the image of the example scrapbook page, no price listed, and no buy button specified since they cannot buy the page, only the papers used to make the page. Then I go in and specify the subproducts for the page.

When I test the page, all of the subproducts work except for the first one. It gives the following error:

This store may not be authorized to run ShopSite software. Please contact the merchant or webmaster.

If I rearrange the subproducts, they all work except for the first product. So it is not product specific, but something to do with whatever product is listed first.

Can anybody tell me why the first item will not work, but all of the others do?

Your custom product template is opening a <form> section before the products, and then the sub-product is also opening a <form> section, so you have overlapping forms for the first product. If you are embedding the form in the "DEFINE SUBPRODUCT" section, then do not open a form in the "DEFINE MOREINFO" section.
