Items Periodically Vanish from Shopping Cart. Plz Help!

I am using Order Anywhere links on our own website and I placed a single link on the top menu to view The Shopping Cart.

The problem I am having is sometimes the Shopping Cart loses items during a shopping session or doesn’t show any items at all.

Almost like it is keeping track of two different shopping carts.

For example I can add Item ‘A’, continue to shop, then click to add Item ‘B’. The Cart will show BOTH items ‘A’ and ‘B’. Next I continue to shop and add Item ‘C’ however items ‘A’ and ‘B’ are now missing. Then click to add Item ‘D’ and it shows ‘C’ and ‘D’ however 'A' and 'B' are still gone. Add a few more items and items ‘A’ and ‘B’ will reappear but now 'C' and 'D' are gone.

Next I hit the view Cart button on the top of my page and the whole cart will be completely empty!!!

It doesn’t necessarily follow that order either. Sometimes it works fine with no problems. Other times not. I have tested this from multiple PCs and different browsers (IE and Firefox) and the problem still persists, although it is intermittent. Sometimes it never shows up.

I called Verio and they are not very helpful. The directed me to call Shopsite.

I am pulling my hair out over this one. Any help would be much appreciated!

It seems your ShopSite auth file is installed to just aeonsat.com, but your Order Anywhere links go to www.aeonsat.com. Your order anywhere links should match the ShopSite auth URL exactly, so you can either have your host issue a new auth for www.aeonsat.com, or make your order anywhere links go to just aeonsat.com (without the www. prefix)

I am having the same issue only I do not use the Order anywhere feature. Maybe I to have product urls with/without www which is causing the problem, but I haven't found that yet.
