Shopsite 6--Order Anywhere by SKU

Postby Chris » Thu Jun 06, 2002 7:05 am

Question: If we have a lot of "old-style" order anywhere buttons, can
we start using the "Order Anywhere by SKU" feature for newly added items
without redoing all our old Order Anywhere buttons that use the
Shopsite-assigned item numbers?

Clear sales and logs not working?

Postby Kevin Sullivan » Thu Jun 06, 2002 9:12 am

Hi,

I just went to clear my orders/sales and logs in the reports of Pro 6.0 on
my linux, but they did not reset to O. It asked me if I was sure I want to
do this, and I said OK (as I should). I also did it twice just in case.

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, kevin vantelweb.com

Both Order Anywhere by SKU and the old method will function together in
a store.

Kevin,

You can update your store to the latest maintenance release, 6.0.3, to resolve
that problem. The knowledgebase article listing the bugs fixed in 6.0.3 can be
found at http://support.shopsite.com/kbase, search for S05444.
