Yahoo conversion tracking in Head of Thank-You page

I'm using a default template and I need to place the Yahoo script between <head> </head> on the Thank-You page. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Although Yahoo docs state it should be placed in the head section, try putting the code in the backoffice in the textbox "Text at the top of the thank you page" under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Thank You
and it should work just fine. The javascript code will still be parsed near the top of the page, which will run the same as if it was placed in the head section.
