What tools are currently available for product managment?

We don't have a huge number of products. I created all my product information in an excel spreadsheet for the initial load into ShopSite. Then for updates, I just use the ShopSite "Products" interface. It works fine for us. Is this what you mean? Or are you talking more inventory control/management - managing quantity on hand, etc...
