More Info Page Creation

THe more info page seems to be created in the cart back office but will not display in hte sub directory

You must manually create the subdirectory outside of ShopSite inorder for files to be created in it. ( This is a security issue since allowing creation of subdirectories could allow someone to wipe out other things on the server.) When you create them make sure they have permissions to be written to and read from by the webserver.

The directory excists and the permission are correct.

What is the url to your store page where the product is displayed?
What do you have in the product field called " More Info Page File Name: "?
Do you have the checkbox marked to create the More info page for the product?
Are you out of disk space or quota for your account?
