BGgraphic to no-repeat?

Is it possible to set the background graphic to no-repeat? On the shopping cart page? And, is it possible to put a background graphic on the server-generated pages at all? (and set it to no repeat?) I need this.

What do you mean by "server-generated pages"? Shopping cart, search, Tell a friend, Gift Certificate all have a setting for "Background Image" Depending on which template you use the image may or may not be used. You can probably edit the css file associated with that template and add the background-repeat: no-repeat; style

I'm asking about the shopping cart, checkout , and thank-you pages, at any rate. I see where I can upload the background graphic on the shopping cart page (from the back office), but can you set it to no-repeat? Where do these pages and css files reside, that I can access the styles? I haven't located the other pages you mention, either; search, Tell a friend, or Gift Certificate.

I'm able to access and alter the product pages via ftp, although once I do, I can't access the back office on them at all, which is inconvenient; I get a "permission denied" error. It's not really those pages I want to change, though, because I can use "shop anywhere" to stay on the existing site. I'm just trying to make the shopping cart, checkout, and thank-you pages look like they're still in the same style! It doesn't seem like it'd be that difficult.

Is this a version issue? My client is using the starter version, do we need to either upgrade or give up?
