How do I set checkout template?

How do I set which template SS uses for Checkout? I want to use a custom template.

It is set the same place that Loren mentioned in response to your question the other day, Commerce Setup > Order System, Layout Info.

There is one shopping cart template that contains 5 section, one for each of the shopping cart screens, (cart, billing, confirmation and thankyou) and the html email receipt. You need to make sure that your custom template contains all of the sections.
