Thanks for reading.
Has any other shopsite user experienced this in a page they've developed (v. 8.3) and made live on the web?
Clicking through from a static HTML page to the shopsite cart (both static and e-commerce served by the same third-party host), you go to the first page of the shopping cart, which should be filled with one (1) store item and it's price and shipping information.
Instead, you find the shopping cart page contains at least two orders for the item in question - yours + that of the last user.
Also, the page displays information from another visitor who has never used your pc. Their registration name displays at top of the shopping cart page in a usual recognition fashion ("welcome back, Bob"), and their zip and billing information is pre-filled in the form.
What gives?
Bad or corrupted cookies? Bad code in the link from the landing page? Browser version problems intersecting with shopsite version code flaws?
Am I seeing the results of someone's plan for world domination?
