Paypal E Checks are not coming through

Since the beginning of this month (Feb 2008), we have not been getting our Paypal Echeck orders in Shopsite. The checks are however clearing in Paypal.

We have also found that paypal has not been sending us the cleared emails on pending echecks since the beginning of this month either.

So it appears shopsite is not getting the Echeck cleared confirmations from Paypal and that is what is causing the problems.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I spoke with Paypal and they are aware that they are having an issue with the cleared Echecks. It is a high priority issue on their side .

If you receive Echecks from Paypal, you might want to check your Paypal account, chances are the funds on checks received in early Feburary have cleared but shopsite doesn't know to process the order because it isn't getting the info from Paypal.

Yup i've been having this same problem among many others with paypal.
