New major problem

In an effort to fix previous issue about going live now all of a sudden no changes I make to publisher are going through it says done but nothing changes ie...page layout. also my opening page is wrong its the contact us page and if i click any links on the page nothing happens... None of this ws happening yesterday.. Is there a phone to numer to talk to someone. I have wasted dozens of hours and the help menu is a waste of time....can anyone help. I am stuck now and beside myself..

My guess is that in trying to fix the issue, you had deleted the index page. Since the index page (the home page) is the first page that ShopSite publishes, ShopSite will not continue to publish any of the other pages until the index page publishes. If you don't have an index page, no pages will be published or updated.

To fix this you can go to Pages > Add A Page, and in the File Name field type in 'index.html.'

Support for ShopSite is provided by your hosting company who installs and hosts your store on their website. ShopSite can answer questions about the software functionality, but since ShopSite does not have access to your server, you would need to have your host answer questions about your specific store.
