Help with customer registration Please

I have a customer that is on her checkout and got to where it asks for shipping and billing address and no matter what you do there are no buttons to go to any other page. She gave me her password and I went onto the site and tried to order and got to the same page...The Page has
"WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS TYPE" but no continue or checkout button. Is there a setting I missed? Also I reset her password about an hour before because she couldn't log on...
