Free Shipping & Free Shipping Coupon

I would like to offer free shipping that is automatic for any orders over $500 and a Free Shipping coupon for those I wish to give out for orders over $100.

In testing the coupon seems to work until I reach $500, then the Free Shipping is ignored. The plain $500 doesn't work at all. Is it possible to have both?

Found it! It appears the customer has to manually select "Free Shipping" from the pull down menu.
