Search capabilities

Quick question:

Was wondering if ShopSite's search function has the ability to search within ordering options. For instance, if I am selling children's clothing and I want somebody to be able to find all clothing that is available in '2T' sizes. Would this work by simply entering 2T into the search box.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The data you have placed in a product's Ordering Option Pull-down Menus field will be indexed for the search feature if you have the Preferences -> Search Settings -> Search Indexing checkbox labeled 'Ordering Options Pull-down Menus' checked in the 'Indexable Fields' section.
