Problem Resizing Images

I have images in a subfolder named videoimages off the media subfolder.

I then resized all of those images.

While working on something else I (via FTP) moved the images from ss_size2 to another folder on my web.

I messed up some of those images while they were the other (non shopsite) folder, so I went back into the SS control panel and did CREATE RESIZED IMAGES again, hoping SS would recreate the images. It didn't. I changed some of the settings for Size 2, and did another CREATE RESIZE IMAGES and the folder is still empty.

What can I do to get SS to recreate my resized images in that folder?

Did you happen to change permissions/ownership on the ss_size2 when you were working with it? That would prevent ShopSite from being able to write the images there.

Yes, the host did. What should I tell them to do to correct it?

The files and directories need to be owned by what ever user the webserver is running as. Look at a directory that wasn't modified to see what the permissions should be.
