custom templates newbie question

OK sorry for asking this dumb question but I am taking the product tour fior the first time and I cannot find where you can set up custom templates. Ive looked in help and it says the following:

"Click the Custom Template Category name button to manage Custom Template files for that category."

I see nowhere in the top menu for anyting called "templates" and have looked everywhere I could think they might be. Here is the menu that I see. Maybe someone can point out what I'm missing.

Do you have ShopSite Pro or Manager, or do you have ShopSite Starter? If you have Pro or Manager, there should be a Custom Templates button under the Merchandising menu. If you have ShopSite Starter, then it does not include a Custom Templates option in the backoffice.

Yes I am trying out pro. That was it, I didn't think to look there. Thanks!
