Free Shipping Questions In Regards To Handling Charge

I currently have my shopsite set up to offer free shipping for orders over $250.

Many of the items I sell require an addition handling charge.

Is there any way to set it up to offer free shipping but still charge a handling charge?

No. Handling charge will not be added if there is no shipping charge.
