BIG orders.stats files

I've got a SS4 site that i've had up for a couple years, and i just
noticed today that orders.stats.db and orders.stats.db.shadow are
getting REALLY big - 12 MB each = 24 MB of space on my server.

How can I pare these down? I dont' mind if I loose last year's data,
if that's what it means.

You can replace them with orders.stats.db.default. They only contain data
that is used in the Reports Summaries in ShopSite Pro, and those are only
capable of going back 90 days or so anyway, I think, so you aren't losing
anything important.
