Making option boxes work

In my checkout screen I have a couple options I want to use. I found out how to make the options visable on the checkout screen, but I can't get it to make sense to me when I print out the order.
I used the gift wrapping option in the help screen, and changed it to "Find cheapest shipping" and "use flat rate priorty shipping". It will show up but I can't tell if they chose those options or not. On the order its just says on:; on:; next to only one of the options.
I also want to make it mandatory for the customer to specify if they are having their products delivered to a residential address or a commerial address. I've also gotten that to show on the screen but if I make it mandatory it won't continue with the order if they picked one of the options.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about please help!!!

I went to your site, swanscandles.com, and placed an item in the cart but could not checkout because of a FedEx shipping error
"FedEx Message: RequestHeader/AccountNumber must contain exactly 9 digits."

So you have not correctly setup your FedEx shipping configuration. Once that is configured so we can see your checkout page we might be able to give further input.

I know I can't figure out how to get it to stop saying that too. It will still let you proceed with an order though.
