where to modify order notification email?

Anyone know where I can find the section of the backend where I can edit the template for the email that gets sent to the Store owner when a order is placed?

There is no template for the email that goes to the store owner. What kind of changes do you want to make to it?

Well, I am trying to find a work around to the problem of not being able to display some vendor information that we had to store in one of the "product fields." We originally wanted to have this on the order summary page in the store, but that evidently isn't customizable. Bottom line is we need an easy way to show this to the person who is filling the order. It's all the info that tells the what size plate to pull, or color glass vase to pack.
