Page banner graphic missing from SOME pages???

A store (SS 8.3) has been created at http://www.marketingmark.ca and the MAIN STORE PAGE has the "MarketingMark.ca" logo in the upper right (as a page banner). We've also placed this on 4 other pages:

Books and Journals (doesn't display)
Gently Used (also doesn't show up)
One-Of-A-Kind (DOES display)
The Unique Collection (does not display)

Does anyone know why the graphic works in 2 of the 5 pages, but not the other three?

I've regenerated the index and still no luck...

Six weeks ago (still SS 8.3) I created a page where the top banner jpg doesn't show in IE 6.0 but is fine in 7.0 and FF. A puzzle, but haven't looked for a reason yet as it looks darn good without the banner. Did you try other browsers?

On the Edit Page Layout screen there is a checkbox Graphic Toggle. Do you have this checked on all the pages?\

There is also an option to display the Page Header. If you put the image in the header under Preferences > Header Footer you would also need that option checked.
