limiting UPS shipping options for certain locations

We ship a perishable product. UPS ground service works for about half the United States, but the remaining states must chose an upgraded service (2nd day air or 3 day select) for the product to arrive still frozen. Can I configure Shopsite so that ground service does not show as an option for those locations (once the customer has entered their shipping address)?

Thanks for any help--this has been a big problem for us (customers choosing the wrong shipping for their location)

No, You can't set UPS shipping options for only certain areas of the country, if the option is returned by UPS it will be displayed in the shopping cart.
