Larry,
What page on your site would we see this on? I have looked at several pages so
far and haven't seen this yet.
My guess, though, without having seen the problem is that for these particular
products that are having the problem the "Display Order Quantity:" and/or "
Display Ordering Options:" options are checked in the Edit Product Layout
section. Since the pull-down option choices and the quantity number have to come
through an HTML form, Add to Cart and View Cart buttons can no longer be just
links like they were without these options, they now have to be FORM SUBMIT
buttons. The way browsers handle FORM SUBMIT buttons is to render them as these
brown/gray blocky-looking buttons with the text on them. This is NOT a graphic,
and it is nothing that can be helped or controlled by ShopSite if you are
configuring your products this way, it is a browser widget that creates the text
submits as the ugly button looking things. Your options are to either turn off
those two options in Edit Product Layout so that the buttons can go back to just
being plain HTML links, or you can actually assign your own graphic to be the
Add to Cart and View Cart image via the Image pull-down. FORM SUBMIT buttons can
be images.

We updated to ShopSite SC Pro 6.0.3 a couple of days ago. We used to have
text "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" links associated with each product on the
"Products List" pages and "More Info" pages. Now, even though "Button
Customization" in "Edit Product Layout" is marked for text "Add to Cart" and
"View Cart" links, a ShopSite graphic button shows up.
How do I get rid of the graphic buttons?
Thanks
