how to activate a shopping cart template?

I have a customized shopping cart template uploaded. How do I apply it? I actually have two versions I uploaded and the are listed in the customer templates area, but I can't tell where to indicate to the system to apply one of them

You can enable a cart template under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Layout Info -> "Shopping Cart Template"
