Changing the Time Zone Settings

I must be blind because I can't find where to change the time zone settings for the store. We a product is ordered, the order info time is about 7 hrs later than the actual time. Does anyone know where to change this?

There is no way to adjust the time zone in ShopSite. The time on an order is determined by the server's time zone setting.
