Shipping Question

Just setting up Shopsite Manager:

The majority of my products will ship UPS, but one category of products is quite large and heavy, and must go truck freight.

What would be the best way to offer the heavy products? i.e. choose not to charge shipping for these products and add a handling fee? How can I communicate that the handling fee is for truck freight?

Or is there a better way to deal with this?

Instead of "What would be the best way to offer the heavy products?" I meant What would be the best way to configure shipping for the heavy products?
