I try to upload an XML file. Is there any option to mapping my fields name with shopsite fields? If yes,then how?
And if no then Is there any option to rename shopsite fields?

No, if you are going to upload XML then it has to conform to the DTD for ShopSite XML files.
If you upload tab-delimited text files then you can match a column in your data file with a specific field in the ShopSite db.
