Error in Form: Specify a valid value for Store ID???

Hello Everyone,

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. I use the Shopsite Manager software as a subdomain of my Site Build-It website. I started with the Shopsite Starter Level and just moved to the Shopsite Manager.

Since I upgraded, people can no longer place orders. When they fill their shopping cart and then put in their credit card info and submit their order, they just get a completely blank screen. The URL of this black screen is:

When I hit the back button, I get the following message.

"We're sorry, but there was an error in your form data. You must specify a valid value for: Storeid"

I think the upgrade must have messed something up.

Any ideas?

Please contact Sitesell for assistance on this problem. Normally all that is required to upgrade a store from Starter to manager is to replace a single file. If they moved the store to do the upgrade they are the only ones that have access to the server so they would need to fix the problem. Also they are the ones that created the template the store is using so they would be best at fixing the problem if it is with the template. If they need assistance have them contact ShopSite support for help.

I've been able to resolve the issue. For whatever reason, during the upgrade from Starter to Manager, my Transaction Key ID in the Payment Gateway settings changed from the correct key to a bunch of symbols.

All I did was change it to the correct key and now everything works fine.
