How could "Your Total Saving" be really a Total Sa

Hi,

Unfortunately the "Your Total Saving" on the “Your Shopping Cart” screen is not really a Total Saving, because it does not include "On Sale" saving.

How would be possible to get "On Sale" saving included "Your Total Saving" on the “Your Shopping Cart” screen?
