How to see list of all products assigned to a page

Where can I view a list of all the products that are assigned to a Product Page? I need to use the list to make sure that I haven't missed an item that should be on the page, or added one that I shouldn't have.

There are several ways to do this. You could download the pages and look at the field that contains the product assignments.

You could look at the Arrange Items section of Pages for the page in question and it will give a list of pages.

You can publish the page and see what products display on the page.

The Assigned Order list won't work for my purposes because it doesn't list the SKU.

Looking at what is published won't work because some pages will have a few hundred items on it.

When I download the product page, all of the products are in one field and hard to read. I don't know how to parse them out into a spreadsheet that I can read. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a job for search and replace, man!

Dump the raw page download into an excel spreadsheet, copy the column containing the products, paste it into a text file (to get rid of any formatting), copy that, and past it into MSWord.

Then, do a search and replace. Replace all "|" with "^|". That will put a manual line break between all the products.

Go back to your spreadsheet and paste the product list back in. Should be readable.
