images not appearing on billing information page

During checkout I get the product image displayed. When I continue to the next page which is billing information the same product box follows from the shopping cart, but the image is not there. I get a X with the image name in it.

Any ideas as to what I need to do to fix?

My guess would be that the 'Secure Store URL' in your Preferences -> Hosting Service menu is either not configured or is incorrect. This should be the secure URL to your storefront, i.e. the secure equivalent of your 'Store URL' found lower on this same menu. If it is not readily apparent to you what the problem is with the current setting for 'Secure Store URL' should be, then you should contact your hosting provider to find out.

This area has been disabled for security reasons.

Then you need to contact your hosting service and have them set it correctly.
