Is there a way to change the Product Name that shows up in the shopping cart?

We add prefixes to our Page Names to keep them grouped and easier to find when we need to edit them. If we do the same with our Product Names, the name that shows up in the cart with the prefix looks goofy.

Can we somehow have one of the PRODUCT.Fields show up in the cart instead of the Product Name?

You can't use one of the Extra Product Fields for the display name of the product in the cart, but if you are using a custom shopping cart template you could drop the Name column altogether by customizing the parameters of the SC_Cart tag. See the documentation for that tag here:

If that's not a good option, then I would suggest using one of the Extra Product Fields for your 'prefix' categorizations instead of the product name. With the backoffice product search in ShopSite Pro you can easily list the products based on any of these fields.
