Downloading order information for quickbooks

I am trying to download about 65 orders using the Utility function Download Orders in the Quickbook Format. I selected that I need the items sold information included. I only get 2 orders in the resulting iif file.
If I just download the orders to .txt files I get all items and all orders. What am I doing wrong?

What version of ShopSite do you have? If it is not the latest v8.3.1 maintenance release, then I would recommend upgrading (or asking your host to upgrade you) to this latest version. There was an issue in the initial v8.3 release regarding .iif downloads that was fixed in v8.3.1. See:

I do not have the upgrade. I finally found that recommendation last night and have asked the reseller to apply it.
