ShopSite 6.0 Pro Glitches?

ShopSite 6.0 Pro Glitches?

I upgraded to Pro several months ago, and one month back got the standard
update to 6.0. However, there are still several unresolved issues with my
upgrade to ShopSite Pro.

1) Each time I add a new product (15 - 20 a week or more) I have to edit
the products to get the "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons to work.
Without further editing, just the text [ Add to Cart ] and [ View Cart ]
appears regardless of my selection when adding the product.

2) I select the "More Info Page" option for product searches when adding
new products, but the search results always lead me to the page the products
are listed on.

3) I have checked the CVV button for credit card processing, but the box
does not appear on the checkout page.

My hosting company has been unable (so far) to help with these issues. Do I
have a configuration problem, or is the software not functioning correctly?

I dont' see any of these problems on my v6, nor have I heard of anyone else
having these problems. You should have your reseller refer the problems to
ShopSite if the they cannot figure them out.

Note that for problem #1, you can set the default Add to Cart and View Cart
buttons for new products in Preferences -> Store Text -> Store Pages.

Thanks, but this is already set as the default and I still have to edit each
product (or all products globally) after each addition. I'll just have to
pester my host until I get some results.
