Wrong UPS shipping charges when using Google Checkout

Hi, this may be a very basic issue, but I don't know where to begin:

1. I configured UPS as my shipping carrier using an account I already had with them.

2. I made a test purchase, and the UPS shipping charges are all $999 (same for each service i.e., Ground, Standard, etc), even shipping to different zip codes.

Any ideas? Thanks.
