Coupon Start Date

When preparing for a Coupon-based sale, it would be nice to be able to put the coupon in the system and have it have a "start date" in the future as well as an expiration date. That way we could promote a sale start and end in the future (for things like a special weekend) and have the coupon already in the system and ready to go. Currently, the coupon has to be created at the start time unless the sale is a soft start.
