UPS API Negotiated Rates

We are trying to apply our UPS Negotiated Rates to our website. I see that you can do so with Fed Ex but don't see that there is the same option for UPS.
Our UPS Tech support person tried to apply the rates but was unsuccessful. After contacting Lexiconn, they sent me to you.
