Notification of repeat customer

I think this would be a pretty simple enhancement, but would be great to have. Yahoo Stores does this automatically. When someone orders and their email addresses match a previous order, then it displays the previous order number at the bottom. If I have repeat orders, I like to throw in something extra.

I suggested the same feature a few years ago but more for security reasons. When we get a questionable order, the first thing we do is to check if the customer has ordered from us before. It would be nice if SS did that automatically.
