1. We print both the order, and the packing slip. However, under the current system, after we print the order, we have to go back and do a search to bring up the new order in order to print out the packing slip. This is an annoying task. There should be a default option allowing us to print both the order and the packing slip together.
2. We have two frustrations with the reports. One, we can't look at the activity for the preceding months for the curren year. Two, we can't do a report of sales by SKU. It seems to me with current technology it should be very simple to add the ability to get a report of sales by SKU, and view activity for each month of the current year.
