Free Shipping on select products

A nice enhancement would to be able to offer free shipping on select products over a certain price. I realize that you can set up free shipping on a single product and you can set up free shipping over a specific price, but I would like to combine the two options.

For instance, I would like to offer free shipping in the continental US on globes over $100 and not on wall maps over $100.
