Option to Remove Fields on ShopSite Order

Currently after importing and printing Shopsite orders we almost always have two pages. The second page usually contains very little information and would not occur if the fields for 'Payment Processing Info' and 'No Associate Name for this order' we removed.

We do not use the fields for 'Payment Processing Info' and 'No Associate Name for this order' so there is never any additional info.

I would like the option of not having the fields for 'Payment Processing Info' and 'No Associate Name for this order' printed on imported ShopSite orders.
