Payment options for Downloads

I need the ability for the customer to chose the following in addition to using his credit card to place and order.

1. "I have enclosed a check with this order".
2. "Call me for my Credit Card Information".

Currently, I have Shop Site set up to take credit cards when the credit is accepted and the product paid for a download link is sent to the customer for him to download the product he purchased.

Basically, if I use Payment Option 1 and Payment option 2 to add
1. "I have enclosed a check with this order".
2. "Call me for my Credit Card Information".
ShopSite sends these people a link to download the product without paying for the product.

I have some customers who don't want to submit their credit cards online, but they want the ability to print out the order and mail in a check with the order or they want to place an order online and have me call them for their credit card information.

It would be very helpful for me to have this option.
I had it with a previous cart that I had other problems with and had to switch to ShopSite.
