1. I would like to know when the customer is downloading the software product he just purchased. It will let me know if he is having problems and also how many attempts he has made. Also, if more than one person has downloaded it.

2. When I send a download link, I want to be able to send the link to more than one email address if I so chose, when I'm setting up a link for a customer who placed a phone order. In addition, I would like to be able to send myself a copy of the link.

3. I would like to receive a copy of an online customer's download link email.
