The part where I have problems with this is that you cannot help a customer change a billing/shipping address that they have saved into the system.
Also, you cannot look up address information to send them out additional products from the customer screen.
If a customer has payment info saved, it would be nice to be able to view that as well. Sometimes people want to make additional orders over the phone and it would be nice to be able to look up the information here as well as in previous orders or in our accounting systems.
There seems to be very, very limited customer information available in the the customer registration screens that is useful.
Also, a "resend password" would be helpful in addition to the "change password.
