Offer order insurance with at least the USPS

Package theft has become more common with the huge success of Amazon.

I would like to see ShopSite offer customers the option of insuring their order, at least for the USPS, and hopefully for UPS.

We're having more problems than the past of customers complaining that an order was not received, even when the tracking number says it was!
