Restrict Products from Being Ordered in Specified Countries

It would be great to be able to restrict specific products from being ordered from different specified countries.

For instance, we sell magazine subscriptions and also products. While we allow subscription sales to Canada, we do NOT allow product sales there. It would be extraordinarily helpful to be able to designate subscription sales as allowable to Canada. OR to restrict sales of products to Canada. Either way.

I could see this benefiting other consumer websites who might like to restrict sales of certain products outside the USA.
