I would like to formally request that Shopsite consider adding a mini-cart widget option to the very nice Worpdress plugin that already is out there. Being able to more fully integrate Shopsite and Wordpress is a homerun combination.

Although there isn't currently a widget for the mini cart on a wordpress page, if your wordpress is on the same domain as your website, you could add the mini cart to your wordpress template. What is the URL to your ShopSite store, and what is the URL to your WordPress site? I might be able to point you in the right direction for adding the mini cart to your WordPress site.

Hi Lauren,

They are both on the same domain... currently in development, though. My hosting provider (Lexiconn) suggested this:
http://www.shopsite.com/templates/cookbook/tips-minicart-outsideshopsite.shtml

But if you have another suggestion, I am open to options!

Sounds like you are already headed in the right direction. I was going to point you to the same documentation that LexiConn did, and give more information on where to add the mini cart code in your WordPress template if you needed that help (Appearance > Editor > Header).
